[PHP][CSS]CSS- IE7 i FF3.5.2, Różnice w interpretacji - jak je usunąć?? Opcje

Witam,
nie mam już siły dlaczego ten IE jest taki po******ny??

Strona www.kubajedlina.cba.pl - w ie7 i ff3.5 inaczej się wyświetla.
Nawet są różnice w wyświetlaniu flasha w nagłówku((IMG:style_emoticons/default/questionmark.gif) ?).
Najbardziej chodzi mi o stopkę - nie wiem jak tej różnicy w ie7 się pozbyć.
