Problem ze skrpytem hostingu blogów. Opcje

Witam,

Otrzymałem w prezencie od znajomego fajny skrypcik hostingu blogów (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Jak twierdził za nic nie mógł go odpalić jednak mo drobnych modyfikacjach pliku .htaccess i config.php udało się. Jednak mam kilka innych problemów.

-Importuję sobie baze danych SQL i wszystko działa poza jedną linią kodu:
