Witam, mam pewien problem w postaci błędu wywalanego przez MySQL'a

[PHP] pobierz, plaintext 
mysql_query("INSERT INTO zlecone ('nazwa', 'data', 'kto') VALUES ('".$_POST[n]."', '".$dat."', '".$_SESSION[login]."')") or die(mysql_error());
[PHP] pobierz, plaintext 

No i błąd:
