Jak zainstalować manTis'a ?, Jak zainstalować manTis'a ? Opcje

Bardzo proszę o pomoc z instalacją, ciągle wyskakują błędy i mam problemy.
Może ktoś napisać jak to po kolei sprawnie zainstalować ?

Jedno pole miałem źle (IMG:style_emoticons/default/brzydal.gif)

Ale teraz następny problem.
