[HTML][CSS]Sąsiadujące include Opcje

Jak zrobić aby panel logowania (panel.php) oraz (top.php) były obok siebie, gdyż teraz top jest pod panelem ;/

PS: table psuje panel ;/

Chcę aby panel był obok topu co do 1px (panel po lewej)
