Problem z funkcją iconv, funkcja pewna Opcje

Witam. Korzystam z krasnal serv i na pewnej stronie wyskoczył mi błąd:

Wymagana funkcja iconv jest nieaktywna.

Czy może mi ktoś napisać jak włączyć tę funkcję?

Bo nie mam kompletnego pojęcia jak to zrobić. Próbowałem zmienić (w pliku php.ini) poprzez usunięcie średnika ( (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/winksmiley.jpg) przed linijką
extension=php_iconv.dll

ale wtedy wywalał mi błąd że owego pliku (php_iconv.dll) nie znajduje i niema go w folderze - co dziwne, on tam był

Proszę o pomoc.

In order to enable this module on a Windows® environment, you need to put a DLL file named iconv.dll or iconv-1.3.dll (prior to 4.2.1) which is bundled with the PHP/Win32 binary package into a directory specified by the PATH environment variable or one of the system directories of your Windows® installation.

This module is part of PHP as of PHP 5 thus iconv.dll and php_iconv.dll is not needed anymore.
