Apache 2.2.4, a Windows Vista Opcje

Witam.
Czy instalował ktoś Apache 2.2.4 pod Windows Vista? Mam pewien problem i nie mam pojęcia jak to ominąć.

Ściągam sobie Win32 Binary (MSI Installer) z apache.org i po instalacji pokazuje mi się błąd:
Odmowa dostępu: Failed to open the WinNT service manager.

Czyli nie mogę zainstalować usługi Apache :/
Po tym błędzie zaraz pokazuje się drugi błąd:

Nie można odnaleźć określonego pliku. No installed service named "Apache2".

Jak można to uruchomić?
