mam mały problem z utwrzeniem tabeli w bazie

mam cos takiego
pierwsza tabele tworzy bez problemow
natomiast przy drugiej i trzeciej wyskakuja bledy i nie wiem czemu (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
