Pętla obraca się tylko raz, a powinna dwa Opcje

Najpierw był foreach, ale też nie działało, to zmieniłem na for. Może mi ktoś wyjaśnić ten fenomen (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ?
