[php][mysql] LIMIT Opcje

Chciałem zrobić coś takiego, żeby na jednej stronie wyświetlało mi się 20 artykułów, mam coś takiego:

ale zwraca mi błąd, ze tabelka dowcip nie istnieje, proszę o pomoc.
