problem z mail() - adres przy odbieraniu pooczty Opcje

Witam mam nastepujacy problem,
Jak wysylam e-maila za pomoca mail() to oprocz samego adresu przy odbieraniu poczty mam:

adres@domena.plMIME-Version: 1.0Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-2Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

kod wyglada tak:

jak zrobic zeby zachowac te parametry i miec w adresie sam adres?

niestety nie skutkuje, jak wstawiam\n to mi reszta tego co jest wkakuje do wiadomosci (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
