Apache przestał działać Opcje

Witam
Apache 2.0.39 (win32) dziala w sieci lokalnej. Do tej pory bylo wszystko ok. Jednak od pewnego momentu bez zadnej ingerencji z mojej strony nie dziala. ostatnie logi access z dnia 1.03. Logi error np z dzisiaj:

Co moglo sie stać? Gdzie szukac blędu?

Restart nic nie pomaga. Ping "nazwa serwera" zwraca adres ip, czyli z tym jest wszystko ok. Serwer jest otwarty na internet (ale internet jest nieczesto wlaczany), ma standardowe ustawienia, moze ktos cos pozmienial zdalnie. Czy ponowna reinstalacja cos ewentualnie pomoze?
