Problmem z PhpAdsNew Opcje

Otóż mam problem z poprawnym zainstalowaniem skryptu PhpAdsNew 2.
Już na drugim kroku instalacji nie wiem co zrobić Otóż jest napisane tak:

phpAdsNew requires php 4.0 or higher to function correctly. You are currently using .

Na serwerze jest zainstalowane php 4.2.3.
Dyrektywy file_uploads, track_vars, register_globals, magic_quotes_gpc są włączone.
Dyrektywa magic_quotes_runtime jest wyłączona. Może musi być włączona :?:

W instrukcji doączonej do skryptu wyczytałem jeszcze, że:

phpAdsNew depends on the following php configuration settings:  
- track_vars needs to be turned on (this option is always on when  
using php 4.03 or higher),  
- file_uploads need to be turned on.

Więc powinno działać. Natomiast nie chce mi przejść do kolejnego etapu instalacji. Co jest nie tak :?: Proszę o pomoc :cry:

Dyrektywa magic_quotes_runtime jest wyłączona. Może musi być włączona :?:

ja z tym troszke walczylem, ale w koncu zainstalowalem ...
tyle ze na php 4.0.4
w razie czego wal na php.cba.pl i tam powalczymy z tym razem.
