[PHP]Problem z podstrona htmlspecialchars Opcje

Witam (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Mam problem ktory polega na tym ze ani obrazek ani opis nie są wyswietlane, natomiast div pokazuje sie normalnie.
ID - jest pobierane z linku np: index.php?id=2
