Witam mam taki oto skrypt w JS

W zależności od zaznaczonego:

ma się wyświetlić odpowiedni div ale nie działa...
co jest źle ?

Dobra błędy wyeliminowałem ale teraz nic się nie dzieje po zaznaczeniu... jquery podpięte
sypie błędami w konsoli:

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function
