Potrzebuję pomocy ze wstawieniem zmiennej. Opcje

Mam skrypt php -

I z tego oto kodu chciałbym wstawić do odmiennej podstrony zmienną <?=$count?>, tyle tylko, że po prostu mi nie działa. Dostaję błąd Undefined variable: count i nie wiem jak sobie z tym poradzić.
