Mam problem bo wywala mi blad przy tym kodzie php

a blad wyskakuje taki: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by...
czyli cos z przekierowaniem header jest nie tak! prosze o pomoc w rozwiazaniu tego problemu (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
