For our Danish business partner we are looking for a team of 4 talented .NET Developers (regular / senior). You will be a member of a development team in Poland, which will be part of a large program in our Client’s partnership organisation - a leading Scandinavian provider of specialized IT solutions for administration of life, pension, unit link and insurance portfolios. The program is playing a critical role in the future of the life and pension industry by developing a market leading industry solution. The product is a complex solution and is central for our Client’s customers’ business and strategy, and therefore you will focus on a high quality and in the same time on time deliveries meeting the customers’ expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and developing maintainable/scalable, effective, defect free source code that meets business requirements and team standards;
• Implementation of complex parts of our Client’s pension and insurance system solution, primarily in C# Development;
• Ensuring that implementation happens according to the technical design;
• Code reviews;
• Solving non trivial problems with usage of the best design practice;
• Designing and implementing automated tests (unit, integration);
• Supporting the integration testing and implementation phases; taking care of overall success of the project;
• Participation in SCRUM ceremonies.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of .NET development experience in financial industry;
• Technology stack: C#, F#, Microsoft Visual Studio 2017, .NET Framework 4.6.2, NUnit 2.6.4, WCF, WPF, MVVM, MS SQL Server 2016, Mercurial, CruiseControl, TeamCity;
• Higher education in IT or related field;
• Experience in insurance or pension systems is desired;
• Experience in working with large scale systems;
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM projects would be an asset;
• UE citizenship, Polish candidates preferred;
• Strong in written and spoken English.
