instalacja phpmyadmin, pomocy :( Opcje

witam
mam zaisnstalowane apache , php i mysql (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (php info działa i zielone światło też jest (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )
ale nie moge zainstalować tego phpmyadmin (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
w tym pliku config.inc.php zrobiłem tak
cfg['http:/localhost//d:/usr/Apache2/htdocs/phpMyAdmin/']
zgodnie z tym jak pisało w jakims opisie
w IE wpisuje localhost/phpMyAdmin i brak striny
w IE wpisuje localhost/D:/usr/Apache2/htdocs/phpMyAdmin/ i dostaje :
You don't have permission to access /d:/Apache2/htdocd/phpmyadmin/ on this server.

(IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/questionmark.gif) (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/questionmark.gif) ?
może ktoś wie co robie nia tak (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:http://forum.php.pl/style_emoticons/default/questionmark.gif) ?

wydaje mi się, że powinno być coś takiego: cfg['http:/localhost/phpMyAdmin/']
