witam
jestem zielony w tematyce php ;/
instaluje joomle, ale na witrynie zamiast instalki wywala mi taki error:

2) Strzelam, że darmowy server i stara wersja php'a.

serwer faktycznie może nie jest wysokiej klasy,
Wersja PHP 5.2.17

czy da rade to jakoś obejść my Joomla 2.5 tam poszła?

Z tego co mi wiadomo to matematycznie 17 > 4, więc teoretycznie powinno zadziałać, a praktycznie sądze że musiałeś się pomylić czytając dokumentacje techniczną serwera. Może masz zakupioną inna konfiguracje niż patrzyłeś ? Sprawdź np. phpinfo().

Tak czy inaczej nie używałem duzo joomla'i, ale jestem przekonany, że obejście tego problemu byloby mozolne i bardzo nieopłacalne.

udało się (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
serwer miał jakiś przełącznik czy baza ma działać na php 4 czy na php 5
zmieniłem na php 5 i poszło (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
