i nie wiem jak go zainstalować poprawnie (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Czy ktoś instalował ten skrypt ? z góry dziękuje za pomoc (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) na stronie głównej skryptu piszą że potrzeba tylko php (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

PHP ma prawa dostępu do plików?

nom ma dostęp plików :/ więc nie wiem jaka może być przyczyna tych błędów
