No to masz zle. Poszukaj jak powinno byc to napisane. Zreszta napisali Ci to czarno na bialym.

tylko w jakim iso - jest wiele standardów iso i być może masz zapisane kodowanie w np iso-8859-1 lub innym, i do tego się walidator może przyczepić
