PHP nie raportuje bledow Opcje

Witam! Programuje w PHP na Linux Slackware 13.37 ze standardowymi ustawieniami apache/php i nie mam raportowania bledow. Patrzylem w php.ini i jest ustawione error_reporting na E_ALL | E_STRICT. Zamiast otrzymac info o numerze lini w ktorej wystapil blad dostaje:

a w skrypcie braklo tylko srednika na koncu jednej linii i juz sie tak wysypal..
