Dziwny problem z mod_rewrite Opcje

Witam mam dziwny problem z mod_rewrite, niby jest załadowany moduł ale nie działa.

lista załadowanych modułów z konsoli zrzut, w phpinfo też pokazuje że jest załadowany

Jak pliki wrzuciłem na serwer to wszystko działa jak należy a na lokalu już nie bardzo.

Nie działa, to znaczy? Serwer zwraca error 500? Ignorowany jest htaccess? Masz AllowOverride odpowiednio ustawione?
