Problem z utworzeniem tabel, błąd zapytania Opcje

Mam pewien problem chce stworzyć baże i utworzyć tabelę oto kod:

ale wyskakuje komunikat:

OK poradziłem sobie ale pojawił się błąd przy uzupełnianiu oto kod:
