Jak zmienić this.style.paddingLeft='600px'; aby działało na zasadzie tła, czyli nie będzie przesuwało tekstu obok??

Nie wiem czy dobrze zrozumiałem, chodzi Ci o to, by tekst był po lewej, a drugi td się rozszerzał?
