Witam. Chcę osiągnąć taki efekt, że tło strony jest czarne, content biały + po prawej od contentu tło ma być też białe.

Tło dla body czarne, ale dla diva z zawartością tło białe. Dodatkowo, margines dla tegoż diva i już.
