We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager who will grow, manage and train a high-performing Technology department (Development, QA, DevOps, Data Science) and who is able to deliver high-quality software at speed, as well as collaborate closely with the Product.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CTO/Head of Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in hands-on software development and project delivery within agile environment
• Strong software development skills
• Experience managing remote teams
• Experience in growing inexperienced technical employees into strong, senior members of the team
• Experience in identifying and nurturing potential technical leaders
