Delivery Assurance Manager
The Candidate will take over responsibilities connected with estabilishing a new office of the company, located in Katowice and report directly to Head of Poland.
We're looking for an experienced manager with outstanding communication and leadership skills, able to drive innovation and deliver great customer value.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Service Management and service delivery techniques
- Experience of delivering projects and on-going services to customers, ensuring that contractual obligations are met
- Experience in ITIL, Lean and Operational Quality Assurance frameworks
- Experience in driving continuous process improvement
- Knowledge of business services
- Experience in managing customer relationships and handling crisis situations
- Knowledge of polish law related to labour law and facility management
Job purpose is to ensure that Delivery Management is Customer oriented and appropriately designed, deployed, regularly audited and reviewed, measured and assessed in line with delivery requirements within the Global Delivery across Lines of Business.
The role holder will represent company locally in particular areas, cooperating closely with the Managing Director / Head of Poland.
