firma dla której pracuję już 3 lata - ProofHQ - szuka kogoś na stanowisko Website Designer/Developer.

We are looking for a Web Designer/Developer to join our growing Marketing team. You will report to the Director of Marketing. This is a temporary to permanent job offer, based on successful execution of several website projects to be completed immediately. This is a remote working role, so you can be based anywhere in Poland and work from your home office, the garden shed, the beach, or the slopes. We don't care as long as you deliver and get the job done!

Your role is to maintain and improve the ProofHQ corporate website, blogs and other internet-related content. The goal of this position is to deliver a search engine optimization and user-friendly site structure that adapts to all browsers and mobile devices. You will apply best practices to create a great-looking site that is easily crawled, readily navigated and ensures that key content is visible at a glance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
• Work closely with the members of the Marketing team, providing expert advice on how to best integrate content into the website
• Write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and content management system elements to meet business requirements
• Test modifications to the website and identify any technical problems in a number of browsers, coordinate production testing of changes with ProofHQ's QA team and upload the changes onto a production server

About you

• 3+ years of web development, using:
  • HTML5 and older versions
  • CSS3 and older versions
  • jQuery, jQuery UI
  • JavaScript
  • Joomla and Wordpress (including templating system)
  • Bootstrap or Foundation Framework
  • PHP
  • Experience with Adobe creative development tools
• A solid understanding of web development processes, applying creativity and imagination to solving problems; familiarity with UX development a plus
• Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO
• Be able to communicate well in English (written and spoken) and have good interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and complete tasks quickly
• Self-directed and capable of thriving in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
• Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
• Closely follow advances in computer technology and how these can be integrated into ProofHQ's business environment
• Computer science/IT degree or equivalent work experience
• Able to demonstrate creative execution with an online portfolio of design samples
