Apache(XAMPP) - nie działa Opcje

Witam,

mam problem moduł apache z XAMPP nie włączą się. Na początku byłem pewny, że chodzi o porty, ponieważ program przy starcie wyświetla mi takie komunikaty:

• W pliku httpd.conf zmieniłem linijkę "Listen 8081"
• W pliku httpd-ssl.conf zmieniłem porty z 443 na 445
• W usługach nie mam Web development.
• Mam wyłączonę UAC
• WAMP też nie startował

Proszę o pomoc.
