Problem z połączeniem przez www. Opcje

Witam,
Po instalacji Oracle 11g r2 Mam problem z połączeniem się przez stronę http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4950 z bazą , cały czas wyskakuje że nie można nawiązać połączenia z serwerem. Posiadam system windows 7 32 bit, kiedyś na XP z 10g chodziło ok. Natomiast z konsoli SQL dostaję odpowiedź że connected ..

Nie pojawia się nic na temat portu 8080. Proszę o pomoc

zapewne wystarczy w PHP dopisać:

[PHP] pobierz, plaintext 
putenv("TNS_ADMIN=/katalog/z/tnsnames.ora");
[PHP] pobierz, plaintext 

z konsoli moze dzialac bo masz ustawione TNS_ADMIN, w serwerze nie koniecznie musi byc to przekazane poprawnie

[PHP] pobierz, plaintext 
putenv("TNS_ADMIN=/katalog/z/tnsnames.ora");
[PHP] pobierz, plaintext 

z konsoli moze dzialac bo masz ustawione TNS_ADMIN, w serwerze nie koniecznie musi byc to przekazane poprawnie

Mógłbyś napisać gdzie to dokładnie dodać?
Do jakiego pliku w jakim katalogu?

Ja mam Windows7 ultimate 32bit i ten sam problem.
