Job Summary

The IBM Sterling Developer is part of the global NGG team and is responsible for developing new and day to day monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and processes that support EDI, B2B and Managed File Trasnfer (MFT) integrations supported by the global NGG IBM Sterling Integrator application platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop EDI Integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Monitor and resolve application related incident tickets and general user service requests
• Resolve or escalate incidents to the appropriate user or team within the specified SLA and in compliance with established standard operating procedures
• Participate in a continuous improvement process to reduce ticket volumes and improve overall production support service and efficiency by identifying recurring or potential issues & recommending solutions
• Create and maintain relevant technical and production support documentation

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• 3 years development and support experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, version 5.0 or higher
