We are looking for a talented JAVA / WebMethods developer with strong skills in Java, WebMethods and system integration. The right person will primarily be involved in projects and maintenance work related to credit process handling solutions provided for Scandinavian banks (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Faroese).
The role includes maintenance and development of existing solutions for credit process handling.
Candidate will become part of a multinational team consisting of Danes, Swedes, and Poles. Daily cooperation is done using mostly Skype and TFS.
The position involves work with legacy systems. Thus it is very important that the candidate strives for improvement and modernization of existing solutions.

The first project in scope is called NRP and concerns building a new platform for advisory of mortgage loans to advisors among our customers. The project is one of the strategically important projects and it has a lot of dependencies to various systems including the new Advisor universe.

The candidate should be able to work both independently and in team as the project is cross functional why strong collaboration skills and outgoing personality is of importance too.


Must haves:

• Excellent English skills
• Analytical mindset (root cause analysis, bug hunting)
• Strong knowledge of WebMethods (at least 1 year of experience)
• Strong knowledge of
• Java (ESB) (at least 4 years of experience)
• System Integration (SOAP WebServices)
• XML processing (XSLT)
• CAF or JSF

Familiar with:

• design patterns
• .NET
• javascript (AngularJS)
• GIT
• TFS
• Agile methodologies
• Nice to have Knowledge of either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian will be a tremendous advantage
• Previous experience within the banking domain (an important nice to have)
